The Opportunity & Role Profile
This Outstanding school requires a dedicated HR Manager to lead the personnel function for a large and diverse staff body. You will ensure the school follows best-practice recruitment retention and employee relations policies while maintaining the Single Central Record (SCR).
Core Responsibilities & Duties Scope
Recruitment & Onboarding: Leading the end-to-end recruitment process and ensuring rigorous safer recruitment checks are completed.
Employee Relations: Providing expert advice to the Headteacher on HR policies performance management and staff wellbeing.
Compliance & Payroll: Managing the schools payroll submissions and ensuring full compliance with employment law and DfE guidelines.
Compensation & Benefits
Essential Requirements: CIPD qualification (Level 5 or above) and experience in an HR management role preferably within education.
Salary: Competitive salary on the local government scale (expected 38000 - 45000 per annum).
