A well-established 1118 secondary school in Worcester is seeking an organised and professional HR & People Administrator to join its central operations team from January 2026.
The Role
This is a key post supporting the full employee lifecycle in a busy school environment. Working closely with senior leaders and the business team you will play a vital role in ensuring staffing processes are efficient compliant and well-managed.
Responsibilities include:
Coordinating recruitment processes including adverts shortlisting packs and interview arrangements
Managing pre-employment checks DBS processing and safeguarding compliance
Maintaining accurate personnel records and HR systems
Supporting induction probation reviews and contract administration
Assisting with absence monitoring and HR reporting

Who This Suits
This role would suit an experienced administrator with strong attention to detail discretion and confidence working with sensitive information. Previous HR or school-based experience would be advantageous but not essential.
