Trinity Fire & Security are seeking a Renewals Administrator to support with administration-based tasks on a 12-month fixed term the role you will work as part of our dedicated renewals team supporting with client interaction and the production of documentation regarding renewal processes.
This role is ideal for an experienced administrator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
What youll be doing
As a Renewals Administrator at Trinity you will be preparing renewal letters reviewing contract delivery margins and be the main point of contact for our clients regarding renewal operations.
The key responsibility of the role is:
Contacting clients by phone and email to check details and keep systems cleansed and updated.
Additional responsibilities of the role are:
To prepare renewal letters and other relevant documentation.
Reviewing contract delivery margins using service management systems such as Alarm Master or similar systems and KPI documents.
To keep in regular contact with our clients throughout the renewal process.
Ensure that reporting and databases are current and continually updated.
