A visionary Engineering Manager with proven experience leading and developing software engineers combining strong people leadership with impeccable delivery management. The ideal candidate brings solid knowledge of Agile and DevOps environments along with the ability to balance technical vision with talent growth.
Your mission will be to ensure cross-functional teams deliver high-quality SaaS products while maintaining high standards of performance and well-being.

Responsibilities
Line manage Tech Leads Software Engineers QA Engineers and UX Designers leading performance reviews and career development plans.
Create and sustain an environment of psychological safety inclusion and high trust across teams.
Partner with Product and Design teams to plan and deliver roadmap outcomes.
Oversee technical decision-making through review and constructive challenge of proposals.
Manage team capacity task prioritization and resolution of critical dependencies.
Recruit onboard and retain top-tier technical talent to strengthen the department.
Use delivery and quality metrics including DORA to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Mitigate delivery risks manage technical debt and ensure the operational health of the team.
Requirements
Education: Bachelors degree in Systems Engineering Computer Science or a related field.
Experience: Strong experience leading teams in Agile/DevOps environments with a prior background as a Technical Lead or Senior Engineer. Proven ability in coaching stakeholder management and leading multidisciplinary teams is required.
