Job Summary

We are seeking a meticulous and process-oriented IKM Tools Support and Application Tester to join the Agile development team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality functionality and usability of NATOs IKM tool suite through rigorous manual and automated testing documentation and defect management. This role blends technical testing expertise with structured documentation control and user support within NATOs secure network environment.

Responsibilities:

Test IKM Tools releases through manual and automated testing of user behavior and backend functionalities across NATO networks.
Create and document test cases and guidelines (minimum 20 tests monthly).
Track tests and development tasks with the team.
Create technical and user guidelines including How-Tos and Test Plans.
Act as Document Controller to ensure completeness quality and archival of CPS documentation.
Identify software defects and provide solutions with recommendations for improvements.
Participate in Agile Scrum sprint process (3-week cycles)

Essential Qualifications & Experience:

Experience with application testing across multiple levels (system integration regression).
Knowledge of manual and automated testing methodologies.
Familiarity with SharePoint environments and IKM tools (EDMS PITT NIP TT).
Ability to create test plans test cases and technical documentation.
Understanding of Agile Scrum methodology.
Experience with bug tracking and quality assurance processes.
Proficiency in documenting test results and creating user guidelines.
