Venair INC is an international manufacturing and engineering company serving industrial biotech pharma and food-processing clients.

What are we looking for

Due to our continued international growth we are seeking a Sales Executive based in our Merrimack NH office to actively develop and expand our presence across an assigned sales territory in the United States.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect and qualify new B2B customers through cold calling outreach and lead generation.

  • Develop business within assigned territories and industry segments.

  • Conduct customer visits across the region to identify needs and propose solutions.

  • Present and promote technical products to industrial and manufacturing clients.

  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline to support territory growth and revenue goals.

  • Prepare quotes follow up on proposals and support the entire sales cycle.

  • Maintain accurate CRM records (Salesforce or similar).

  • Attend trade shows networking events and industry exhibitions.

  • Open new accounts and expand presence within key markets.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and account development.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Engineering Chemistry Biotechnology Business or similar field.

  • 1 years of experience in B2B sales preferably in industrial sales technical sales biomedical or manufacturing environments.

  • Demonstrated success in cold calling pipeline building new business development and closing deals.

  • Strong communication and presentation skills.

  • Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM tools.

  • Organized analytical self-motivated and results-oriented.

  • Valid drivers license.

  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize opportunities effectively.
