Job Summary

Requirement Overview

Project: New Project (Google AdSales).
Role: Outbound Sales (International Voice).
Work Location: Hyderabad Gachibowli (DLF).
Shift: Core US Night Shifts.
Contract Type: Full-time Permanent roles.

2. Candidate Profile & Eligibility

Experience Levels:
- Senior Process (SP): Minimum 1 year of Outbound Sales experience.
- SME: Minimum 4 years of Google AdSales experience.
Mandatory Skills:
- Excellent English communication (Non-negotiable).
- Strong Outbound Sales expertise (Convincing skills target-driven).
- Experience in BPO/International Sales
Added Advantage: Experience in Digital Marketing or Google Ads.
Education: Graduates preferred; however 102 (High School) candidates are accepted if they possess exceptional sales and communication skills.
Geography: Open to Pan-India candidates. Relocation assistance and joining bonuses are available for outstation candidates moving to Hyderabad.

4. Interview & Assessment Process

Selection Rounds:

Assessment Test (AMCAT):

- Duration: 65 Minutes.
- Modules: Sales Competency Basic Analytical Ability English Communication (Svar/Versant equivalent).
- Requirements: Desktop/Laptop with Webcam and Headset is mandatory for virtual testing.
Operations Round(s): 1 or 3 rounds depending on panel availability.
HR Screening: Basic fitment and comp check.
