Job Summary:
The Supplier Risk Business Analyst is responsible for performing vetting reports on potential suppliers monitoring existing suppliers for risks and supporting supply chain inquiries. This role requires strong analytical organizational and communication skills as well as experience in procurement and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and SAP.
The Supplier Risk Business Analyst is responsible for performing vetting reports on potential suppliers monitoring existing suppliers for risks and supporting supply chain inquiries. This role requires strong analytical organizational and communication skills as well as experience in procurement and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and SAP.
Location:White Plains New York United States
Responsibilities:
- Perform vetting reports for suppliers being considered for award checking against various databases and lists.
- Support the SRM team in identifying suppliers not in the e-procurement system.
- Monitor all suppliers in the Ariba Risk module identifying and reporting any associated risks.
- Support supply chain inquiries associated with Freedom of Information Law (FOIL).
- Support the gathering of data from Vendors for NERC compliance requests.
- Provide weekly reports of supply chain risks and work with internal stakeholders to mitigate/resolve the risks.
- Track and update data ensuring accuracy quality and integrity.
