We are seeking a high-talent Azure Full-Stack Developer who can think beyond technical tasks to help shape what gets built-and this role success is measured not just by code written but by business value delivered questions asked and strategic insight applied. This individual will work across frontend and backend systems using modern cloud-native tools while leveraging their talent to align solutions with real business outcomes. Qualifications: - Bachelors degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
- 10 years of full-stack development experience in cloud environments (Azure preferred).
- Proven ability to work across front-end and back-end layers of enterprise applications.
- Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems and deliver meaningful business impact.
Skills & Competencies: Core Technical Skills: - Proficiency in Azure services (App Services Azure SQL Key Vault Functions DevOps Pipelines).
- Experience with React (or Angular/Vue) REST APIs and modern JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Solid backend development in C# Java Python or .
- Knowledge of CI/CD and Git-based development workflows.

- Contribute to architectural decisions with a focus on reusability extensibility and alignment with enterprise standards.
- Be a flexible and adaptable member of a highly productive agile team.
- Leverage Cursor and other AI tools for productivity but maintain judgment in quality value and solution fit.
