First Shift: 7:00 AM 3:30 PM.

Summary:
Lead functional engineering organizations (Systems Structures Payloads Propulsion) through structured investigations related to FAA Letters of Investigation informal and formal compliance actions voluntary disclosures self-audit findings and Part 25 airworthiness non-compliances.
Coordinate closely with functional groups leadership executives and suppliers to ensure alignment on investigation status and resolution.
Partner with internal functional teams to define problem statements conduct comprehensive root cause investigations identify systemic causes and develop containment corrective and verification actions to prevent recurrence.
Collaborate with the Organizational Designation Authorization (ODA) to ensure investigation documentation meets regulatory expectations.
Partner with enterprise teams to continuously improve processes and tools ensuring readiness for future BCA needs and alignment with broader Boeing enterprise standards.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree with 6 years of related experience or equivalent combinations (e.g. Masters 4 years or 10 years of related experience).
Must be a U.S. Citizen (as defined by ITAR).
Preferred Qualifications:
Working knowledge of Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA) tools (e.g. 5-Whys Fishbone) and/or the Problem Solving Model (PSM).
1 years of experience in commercial airplane operations certification safety requirements and procedures.
Working knowledge of FAA regulatory compliance and ODA procedures (FAA Order 8100.15).
1 years of experience working with the FAA or other regulatory agencies.
1 years of experience in commercial airplane systems design analysis or systems integration (e.g. Flight Controls Hydraulics Avionics Fuels).
Pilots license and/or Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) license.
