To achieve distribution display and sales objectives (primary & redistribution) by effectively managing Super Stockists RDS and their field force in line with company values and business goals.

Achieve primary sales and redistribution targets
Drive profitable and sustainable business growth
Monitor competitor pricing sales trends and market data
2. Customer & Distribution
Strengthen distribution network of Super Stockists and RDS
Ensure optimal stock levels as per company norms
Expand width and depth of product availability including new channels
3. Process & Execution
Implement and monitor market inputs
Manage product distribution and merchandising execution
Ensure display standards and ethical business practices
4. People Management
Manage motivate train and develop RDS and their sales teams
Improve productivity and on-ground execution
Achievement of sales targets
Acquisition and retention of business partners
Market penetration and territory expansion
Strong customer relationship management
Effective order management and coordination with logistics

Qualification: Graduate / MBA preferred
Experience:
Minimum 3 years of frontline retail sales experience
FMCG experience mandatory
Hands-on experience in DMS & Sales Force Automation (minimum 2 years – active environment)

General Trade & Rural Sales knowledge
SFA & DMS proficiency
