What youll be doing
As Enterprise Sales Manager youll drive the growth of Wolts retail offering by acquiring strategic partnerships with new merchants. Youll represent Wolt as a trusted partner in the retail space shape our offering across multiple verticals and build long-term value for both Wolt and our partners.
Day-to-day in this role youll:
- Define a sales strategy to achieve targets;
- Build and manage a pipeline of of potential retail partnerships;
- Develop a strong understanding of the competition and retail market across multiple verticals such as supermarkets health & beauty florists toys and electronics;
- Identify new partnerships and growth opportunities using data and business insights to drive partner performance and unit economics;
- Lead negotiations regarding partnership terms and manage relationships until they transition to the account management team;
Our humble expectations
- 5 years of experience in enterprise or consultative sales preferably in retail FMCG e-commerce or technology;
- Proven sales experience with C-level negotiation skills a strong advantage;
- Understanding of enterprise decision-making processes;
- A natural hunter with the drive to build a portfolio from the ground up;
- Demonstrated consultative sales approach with the ability to tailor offerings to partner needs;
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and execute in a fast-paced dynamic environment;
- Excellent analytical skills to support data-driven sales decisions;
- Fluent in Romanian and English;
