Project Manager Mid Level
Ready to manage projects toward the future with Thales Romania Join a passionate global team at the forefront of innovation in AI aerospace security and beyond. As a Project Manager youll work hands-on with the latest technologies and collaborate closely with experts from Romania and France.
Required competencies/experience:
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies
- Demonstrated expertise in managing and orchestrating project activities ideally in complex technical and multinational environments
- Technical background and strong understanding of modern cloud-based software products and/or space technologies enabling productive collaboration with engineering and delivery teams
- In-depth knowledge of project management techniques and tools applied to costing risk analysis scheduling work organization (e.g. Jira Atlassian) and monitoring technical and financial progress and variances
- Proven ability in setting agreements drafting contracts and managing partners and subcontractors
- As a key interface with customers and stakeholders you have a deep understanding of business drivers and are focused on customer satisfaction and value creation
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Delivery and results-oriented able to work with limited supervision and committed to meeting deadlines
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and maintaining composure under business pressure
Nice to have:
- SAFe experience
- PM/SM certification
- Experience with digital transformation projects or working in start-up/scale-up environments
Behavioral skills:
- You know how to work in a team even remotely and you have strong interpersonal skills
- Dynamic ability to solve problems and move subjects forward
