At Specialized Europe BV in The Netherlands were on the lookout for Rider Care Representatives to be the friendly knowledgeable voice supporting our riders and retail partners. Youll be part of a collaborative dynamic team thats as enthusiastic about bikes as it is about people.
How will you make the difference
Be the first point of contact for riders and retailers via phone email messaging and in person.
Provide expert support across Specializeds product range including warranty technical queries and service parts.
Solve complex issues with rider-focused creative solutions.
Build strong relationships with our European retailer network.
Collaborate with global teams and internal departments to resolve product and rider concerns.
Occasionally attend cycling events across Europe.
Knowledge and experience
Proven experience in customer service.
A passion for cycling and basic bike maintenance knowledge (bonus points for repair proficiency!).
Strong communication and time management skills.
Confidence using Microsoft Office (Oracle and CRM experience are a plus).
A team-first attitude and a proactive problem-solving mindset.
