What Youll Be Doing

Your purpose is to provide industryleading customer service by managing aftersales enquiries accurately professionally and with a focus on continuous improvement.

  • Investigate advise on and resolve aftersales queries and deliveryrelated issues

  • Act as the primary contact for customers ensuring every query is managed through to resolution

  • Own and progress all cases within agreed service levels

  • Follow company policies procedures and delegation of authority when handling delivery situations

  • Improve efficiencies in query handling and deliveries helping reduce credit notes and minimise losses

  • Highlight rootcause issues and support the business in addressing them

  • Promote the use of TD SYNNEXs eBusiness customer service tools

  • Support colleagues contribute to shared goals and maintain a strong team ethic

  • Uphold TD SYNNEX values in all actions and decisions

  • Support with additional duties as required

Above all youll act as an advocate for the customer ensuring their experience is smooth supportive and solutionsfocused.

What Youll Bring

  • Prior experience in business or customer service environments

  • Strong attention to detail and high levels of accuracy

  • Customerfirst mindset with excellent relationshipbuilding skills

  • Clear confident communication (Verbal and Written)

  • Excellent organisation and timemanagement abilities

  • Proven experience working effectively in a team

  • Working knowledge of Excel and Word (SAP R3 experience is desirable)

  • A proactive positive approach and willingness to learn
