Your purpose is to provide industryleading customer service by managing aftersales enquiries accurately professionally and with a focus on continuous improvement.
Investigate advise on and resolve aftersales queries and deliveryrelated issues
Act as the primary contact for customers ensuring every query is managed through to resolution
Own and progress all cases within agreed service levels
Follow company policies procedures and delegation of authority when handling delivery situations
Improve efficiencies in query handling and deliveries helping reduce credit notes and minimise losses
Highlight rootcause issues and support the business in addressing them
Promote the use of TD SYNNEXs eBusiness customer service tools
Support colleagues contribute to shared goals and maintain a strong team ethic
Uphold TD SYNNEX values in all actions and decisions
Support with additional duties as required
Above all youll act as an advocate for the customer ensuring their experience is smooth supportive and solutionsfocused.

Prior experience in business or customer service environments
Strong attention to detail and high levels of accuracy
Customerfirst mindset with excellent relationshipbuilding skills
Clear confident communication (Verbal and Written)
Excellent organisation and timemanagement abilities
Proven experience working effectively in a team
Working knowledge of Excel and Word (SAP R3 experience is desirable)
A proactive positive approach and willingness to learn
