Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive at Lucid Private Offices in Phoenix AZ. The Sales Executive will be responsible for meeting with potential clients giving tours of the office spaces negotiating contracts and closing deals.
Qualifications
- Sales Negotiation and Client Relationship Management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Highly goal-oriented
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Self-motivated and driven to succeed
- Team player mentality
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in a CRM software HubSpot is a plus but not required
- Knowledge of commercial real estate or office space leasing is a plus
- Bachelors degree required
