Commercial Insurance Producer
An established insurance agency is seeking an experienced Commercial Insurance Producer with a strong hunter mentality. The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of Property and Casualty (P&C) insurance excel at networking and possess a consultative approach to identifying and meeting client and broker needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships within the assigned territory.
- Apply creative and strategic thinking to overcome obstacles and achieve sales goals.
- Provide consultative sales solutions tailored to client and broker requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams while maintaining the ability to work independently.
- Partner with multiple carriers to market and grow the agencys network.
- Utilize strong communication and problem-solving skills to ensure client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Prior sales experience within the insurance industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills including professional telephone etiquette.
- Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
- Holds an active P&C (Property and Casualty) insurance license.
