Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Senior Finance Manager (Invoice to Pay COE Operations lead) to join our GLBL BusSvcs ITP -Global Finance Services Division.
The incumbent would manage the strategy accurate and timely recording business analysis communication and effective control environment for all Caterpillar Inc. facilities and selected subsidiaries. Provides guidance on complex issues related to procurement validation and payment of goods and services.
The incumbent would also Provide leadership and direction to a team of managers/supervisors and individual contributors. Overall Invoice to Pay practices have been established but there is a continual need to interpret coordinate and change recording activities and standardize processes resulting from constantly changing business conditions and ongoing business systems transformations
The preference for this role is to be based out of Whitefield Office Bangalore India

Organizational Governance: Knowledge of the processes customs policies and rules affecting the way the organization is administered and controlled; ability to ensure compliance with governance guidelines and policies.
