Job Title: Manager - 12 years of experience
Position Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical accounting operational excellence and process improvement. This role requires a CPA certification and a commitment to accuracy and efficiency in financial reporting and reconciliation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations by maintaining technical accounting expertise.
- Drive operational excellence through continuous process improvement initiatives.
- Report and reconcile month-end revenue accruals to ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Draft journal entries for bank transfers and ensure timely processing.
- Perform daily intercompany settlement processes including payment applications and reconciliations.
- Resolve discrepancies associated with daily journal entries and escalate issues on incident logs as necessary.
- Reconcile daily custodial cash transactions to maintain accurate cash flow records.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance financial processes and reporting accuracy.
Qualifications:
- CPA certification is mandatory.
- Proven experience in technical accounting and financial reporting.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to process improvement.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
