Join FCCs Procurement team that is responsible for process optimization implementation adoption of new technologies and providing comprehensive training to ensure effective change management.
In this role your procurement lifecycle expertise and proven track record in continuous improvement methodologies will help us advance and refine existing processes. Youll work on complex projects requiring a high level of support with process development change redesign and product management often collaborating across multi-functional teams. Youll also support the management of the employee travel and expense program.

- Lead the advancement of process improvement and sustainable methodologies mainly focusing on the procurement life cycle
- Document practices and discipline expectations within process optimization methodology
- Develop metrics to evaluate situations where multiple outcomes require integrated assessments
- Build understanding of process current and future states
- Collaborate to ensure plans reflect customer and employee principles
- Coach and advise the team and internal partners on successful outcomes
- Develop implementation plans to support change management including partner and stakeholder training

What youll need:

SAFe certification is an asset
In-depth practical understanding of change management project management or process optimization
- Experience in employee travel and expense management is required
- Knowledge of Lean methodology is an asset
