Job Title: ETL Consultant (Pentaho)

Location: Lisbon Portugal

Work Regime: Full-time & Hybrid (2x to 3x office days)

Overview / Summary:

We are looking for a Business ETL Consultant with expertise in Pentaho to join our team in a project in Lisbon.

Responsibilities and Tasks:

Design develop and maintain ETL processes using Pentaho Data Integration ensuring high data quality and reliability.
Implement and optimize data transformation workflows for systems within the financial services environment.
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical ETL solutions.
Monitor troubleshoot and resolve issues in ETL processes running in production.
Ensure compliance with data governance security standards and regulatory requirements.
Document solutions and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives leveraging insurance domain knowledge when applicable.

Requirements

Mandatory Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Systems Engineering or a related field.
2 years of experience in ETL development using Pentaho Data Integration.
Proven experience in data transformation projects within the financial services sector.
Experience working with complex data integration and large datasets.
Experience Pentaho Data Integration (Kettle) SQL and relational databases Data modeling and data quality best practices Experience with version control systems and scheduling tools.
