Role Overview As a Junior Architect with 1-2 years of experience you will support project teams in bringing creative visions to life learning from seasoned professionals while contributing fresh ideas. This role is ideal for those eager to grow in a supportive environment honing skills in design detailing and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in the creation of architectural drawings models and presentations under the guidance of senior team members.
Participate in project research exploring inspirations from buildings art materials and urban environments.
Contribute to team discussions sharing ideas and celebrating small victories in a spirit of togetherness.
Support site visits and detail work approaching tasks with humility seriousness and a respect for the craft.
Adapt to team dynamics take on responsibilities and evolve through hands-on learning and feedback.

Required Credentials

Bachelors degree in Architecture (B. Arch) from a recognized university.
1-2 years of professional experience in architecture.
Good command over architectural drawings detailing and project understanding.
Proficiency in essential software: AutoCAD Adobe Suite (Photoshop/Illustrator) SketchUp.
Presentation-making skills: Ability to communicate ideas clearly through layouts diagrams and concept narratives.
Ability to work as part of a team adapt and take responsibility.

Additional Preferences

Strong communication skills: Verbal and written.
Passion for architecture design research and continuous learning.
Familiarity with 3D visualization tools is an advantage.

Conflict-Free Dedication: Maintain a conflict-free approach giving this initiative your undivided attention and prioritizing it above other commitments that could hinder progress. Vision Realization: Lead the charge in turning our vision into a tangible reality working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with strategic objectives. Customer Acquisition: Focus on acquiring our first 10 anchor customers leveraging your industry expertise and network to establish strong relationships and partnerships. Strategic Planning: Develop a clear and actionable roadmap for the next 12 to 18 months outlining milestones resource requirements and potential challenges. Resource Allocation: Manage resources effectively including budget personnel and technology to support the successful implementation of the initiative. Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks and obstacles that may arise during the execution of the project ensuring a smooth path to success. Reporting and Communication: Provide regular updates to the leadership team on the progress of the initiative highlighting achievements challenges and opportunities Qualifications: Must be Bachelors / Masters in Construction Engineering Must be in a leadership role for Construction Project Life Cycle Management for a period of 5 years plus Proven track record of leadership in the construction industry or technology sector. Strong understanding of Building Information Modelling (BIM) and its applications in construction. Excellent business development and networking skills. Experience in platform or software development is a plus. Strategic thinker with the ability to translate vision into actionable plans. Exceptional communication and negotiation skills. Financial acumen and budget management experience. A passion for innovation and a commitment to driving positive change in the construction industry.
