School Incharge (or Administrator/Principal) manages daily school operations providing leadership for staff students and academics while handling budgets facilities and community relations ensuring compliance with regulations and fostering a positive effective learning environment through strategic planning policy implementation and supervision. Key duties involve staff management curriculum oversight budget control student welfare parent/community engagement and regulatory adherence.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership & Management: Oversee daily operations provide direction to staff supervise teachers manage administrative staff and set the schools vision.

Academic Oversight: Develop implement and maintain curriculum monitor student progress and support teacher professional development.

Financial & Resource Management: Manage budgets allocate resources handle purchasing and oversee facilities maintenance.

Student & Staff Welfare: Implement discipline policies counsel students resolve conflicts and ensure a safe inclusive learning atmosphere.

Communication & Liaison: Act as a bridge between students parents staff regulatory bodies and the community.

Compliance & Reporting: Ensure adherence to state/federal laws and regulations maintain records and submit required reports.

Strategic Planning: Develop and implement plans for school improvement and growth.
