Our client is looking for a hands-on Digital Marketing Manager with excellent leadership creativity and analytical skills to implement and drive the online marketing strategy to expand brand awareness and sales across Spain. You will need to have the vision and experience to create effective digital marketing campaigns to penetrate new geographical areas and help to extend our clients business growth throughout Spain.
Requirements
Previous and proven experience as a Digital Marketing Manager
Bilingual English and Spanish both written and spoken
Accustomed to leading and managing both team members and external agencies
Proficient in SEO SEM PPC email and social media marketing
Experienced with analytics Google Ads Meta Business Suite SEMrush and HubSpot
Knowledgeable on emerging digital marketing tools trends and best practice
Ability to identify opportunities for growth on new platforms or technologies
Experience of working within the telecommunication sector is desirable
Key Tasks
Manage digital marketing teams both internally and externally (Graphic Designers Content Creators and Marketing Specialists)
Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns on Google Ads Meta Ads LinkedIn etc
Manage SEO/SEM initiatives and email marketing campaigns
Establish and monitor KPIs and campaign benchmarks
Manage marketing budget effectively
Monitor campaign performance using analytic tools and provide regular reports on ROI conversion rates and customer acquisition costs.
Undertake A/B testing and amend strategies accordingly.
Liaise with sales and customer service teams to ensure alignment with the overall marketing strategy and business objectives

Hybrid role but you will ideally be located in or close to Madrid
Salary 40000 to 50000 gross depending on experience
