AN EXCITING CHANCE TO JOIN THE W VERBIER TEAM
As a Spa attendant & Junior therapist you will be responsible to Style our Guests W Verbier Le Spa Experience.
A true chameleon of the spa and wellness world you will carry out treatments booked by clients in a professional manner and according to the standards and protocols of the different brands Dr Burgener & Esse: massages facials body treatments. You will attract customers attention to the Spa and its facilities (Wet Jacuzzi hammam sauna fitness) thanks to your audacious welcome. You will encourage clients curiosity about the Spas treatments and a la carte products and position yourself as a salesperson. You will be responsible for greeting clients and making appointments in accordance with W Verbier standards; preparing the treatment room and keeping the Spa and rooms clean.
With your dual role you will be responsible to clean spa area in accordance with established quality and performance standards to allow a sufficient clean and relaxing spa experience for the guests.
Organize and stock spa amenities.
Handle and replenish towels bathrobes and slippers.
Clean and reset spa bathroom areas according to established standards.
PROFILE
Outgoing cheerful sociable good listener helpful and available
Fluent in French and English
Enjoy working in an international and adventurous team
Excellent presentation and representative of the W brand image
Previous experience as a Spa attendant and/or junior therapist
You have a prior experience in a 5* hotel
You are highly motivated
Be detail oriented and have a passion for giving guests an exceptional experience.
Real interest in the worlds of taste sound body scene and stance
Position available immediately
