Job Summary
Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Home Care
Part-Time Morning & Afternoon Shifts
Greensboro (Well-Spring Campus)
As part of the Well-Spring Group which has provided quality care for aging adults for over 25 years Home Care from Well-Spring Solutions offers one-on-one care in private residential settings throughout the community and on the Well-Spring campus.
We are currently seeking 12 part-time CNAs to provide one-on-one care for a single client who requires consistent daily support.
Schedule & Hours
Morning shift: 8:00 a.m. 10:00 a.m.
Afternoon shift: 3:00 p.m. 5:00 p.m.
Schedule: 4 hours per day

Typical Responsibilities
Follow the client care plan and provide high-quality individualized care
Provide stronger hands-on care as needed
Assist with ADLs including bathing grooming dressing toileting incontinence care mobility transfers and eating
Monitor and support diet and nutritional needs
Assist with meal preparation or meal pick-up
Light housekeeping and laundry
Escort the client to appointments (on or off campus)
Support daily routines communication hobbies and meaningful activities
Promptly document and report any changes in client condition
Perform other duties as assigned by the Home Care Services Nurse Supervisor
What Were Looking For
Active CNA listing in good standing on the NC Nurse Aide Registry
High school diploma GED or equivalent
Ability to provide hands-on physical care safely and confidently
Reliable compassionate and professional demeanor
Strong commitment to providing exceptional client-centered care
Additional Information
Employment offers are contingent upon successful completion of a criminal background check drug screen and verification of credentials and prior employment.
