About the Company

Responsibilities
Were looking for a Quality Assurance Executive to support logistics operations by ensuring process compliance investigating issues and driving continuous improvement across warehouse and delivery activities.
- Develop and implement quality assurance procedures for logistics operations;
- Conduct audits and inspections to ensure compliance with internal processes and customer standards;
- Investigate issues (e.g. damages delays mis-shipments) and drive corrective actions;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality concerns and implement improvements;
- Maintain records of audits incidents and follow-up actions;
- Monitor operational KPIs and support continuous improvement initiatives;
- Support training efforts to align teams with QA processes and best practices.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Logistics or a related field;
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience ideally within a warehouse environment;
- Familiar with quality standards (e.g. ISO 9001) audits and root cause analysis techniques;
- Knowledge of lean or Six Sigma methodologies is advantageous;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and warehouse systems;
- Strong attention to detail analytical mindset and communication skills.
