About the Role:
This multidisciplinary Mental Health position is available to nursing or social work professionals at various classification levels (RN/M2C RN/M1 AHP1 or AHP2). Regardless of your discipline or level of experience you will play an important part in providing a comprehensive and coordinated range of mental health services tailored to the needs of consumers and the local community.
You will contribute to the delivery of integrated mental health care across community acute and rehabilitation settings using a combination of preventative early-intervention therapeutic and evaluative approaches. This may include individual and family therapeutic work group programs health promotion and community development activities.
Professionals appointed at this level will consolidate and expand their clinical knowledge and skills through continuous development and experience. You will accept accountability for your own practice standards and for the activities you delegate to others ensuring care is delivered safely ethically and in alignment with recovery-oriented principles.
Across all classifications you will be part of a committed team dedicated to improving mental health outcomes and delivering high-quality person-centred care.
