TechTrans International (TTl) is a global provider of language services and travel logistics supporting U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) and other U.S. Government customers. With international operations and service-based contracts executed worldwide TTl maintains a purchasing system designed to comply with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) and Contractor Purchasing System Review (CPSR) requirements. The Procurement Compliance Specialist supports DoD-related procurements by reviewing procurement files validating compliance documentation and assisting with CPSR readiness activities. This role is focused on execution-level compliance ensuring purchasing actions supporting DoD contracts are properly documented defensible and audit-ready. Key Responsibilities Procurement Compliance Review purchase orders and subcontracts supporting DoD programs to ensure compliance with FAR DFARS and CPSR requirements. Verify inclusion and accuracy of required DFARS clauses flow-downs and DoD-specific terms and conditions. Confirm proper documentation of competition sole-source justifications and price or cost analysis in accordance with DoD expectations. Procurement File Reviews & Internal Audits Conduct compliance reviews of procurement files to validate completeness accuracy and audit readiness. Identify documentation gaps or compliance risks and coordinate corrections with program leadership. Support internal CPSR self-assessments and corrective action tracking. CPSR & DCMA Support Assist with preparation for DCMA CPSRs or purchasing system surveillance. Organize procurement files and supporting documentation for government reviews. Support responses to audit data calls and assist with corrective action plan documentation. Policies Procedures & Templates Continuously review and update procurement policies SOPs templates and forms related to DoD procurements. Ensure procurement teams are using current approved documentation aligned with DoD requirements. Assist with standardization of procurement practices across programs and locations. Monitor updates to FAR DFARS and DoD procurement guidance impacting purchasing activities. Monitor relevant regulatory changes or compliance standards to procurement. Qualifications Required Bachelors degree in Business Supply Chain Management Contracts or a related field. 3-7 years of experience supporting procurement or subcontracts in a U.S. federal contracting environment. Working knowledge of FAR DFARS and CPSR requirements as applied to government contracts. Experience reviewing procurement files for compliance and audit readiness. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple reviews concurrently. Effective written and verbal communication skills. Preferred Prior exposure to DCMA audits CPSRs or purchasing system surveillance. Familiarity with FAR and DFARS clause flow-downs and government procurement documentation requirements.
