Job Summary
Job Title: RN Unit Manager
Location: Orono ME
Pay Rate: $50$57/hr (W2)
Weekly Rate: $2000$2280
Type: Contract
Duration: 14 Weeks
Schedule: Day Shift 8:00 AM 4:30 PM
Hours: 40 Hours/Week Guaranteed
On-Call: Required (rotation)

Position Overview:
Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking an experienced RN Unit Manager for a 14-week contract opportunity at a skilled nursing/long-term care facility in Orono ME.
Requirements:
Active RN license in Maine or Compact State (Required)
Minimum 23 years of nursing experience (Required)
Prior leadership experience (Charge Nurse Supervisor or Unit Manager) (Preferred)
Experience in SNF or LTC settings (Preferred)
Current BLS certification (Required)
Strong communication organization and conflict-resolution skills
Responsibilities:
Provide clinical leadership and day-to-day oversight of the assigned unit
Supervise and support RNs LPNs and CNAs to ensure quality care delivery
Oversee admissions discharges and transfers
Conduct resident rounds and ensure care plans are current and followed
Serve as the primary clinical contact for physicians residents and families
Audit documentation for accuracy and regulatory compliance
Manage staffing schedules and daily assignments
Participate in required on-call rotation
