Your key responsibilities include:

• You are the first point of contact for our guests and handle individual guest reservations.
• You independently manage general correspondence within the reservations department.
• You prepare offers and booking confirmations for individual reservations.
• As an organizational talent you ensure smooth coordination and processes.
• Thanks to your expertise you know how to handle guest complaints and find solutions youve learned that even negative impressions can be turned into positive memories with the right attitude.

• You stay calm and focused even in stressful situations.
• You enjoy advising our national and international guests over the phone with a professional and polished manner.
• Your communicative personality sets you apart and you feel confident speaking in English any additional language is a plus.
• Ideally you already have some experience working with the hotel software Opera.
• Every day you provide my fellow associates and guests with acute attention to detail
• You make meaningful connections to our destination for our guests
• You have a sense of culture and luxury through your actions and thoughts

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.

Related Work Experience: Less than 1-year related work experience.

Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience.
