Job Summary
Description Of Job Duties
Essential Functions: Recruit academically and athletically capable student-athletes that mold the culture of NCC Tennis. Travel and contact prospective student-athletes at high school USTA and other tennis events. Assist in coaching at group practices individual practices and team matches and events. Perform racquet stringing and other minor court and facility maintenance.
Job Qualifications
Required: Accepted into a graduate program at North Central College. Experience playing or coaching tennis or athletic administrative experience. Current CPR / AED and First Aid certification or eligibility to become current. Excellent written and verbal communication presentation interpersonal and analytical skills. Demonstrated problem-solving and critical thinking skills. Preferred: Experience in college athletics strongly preferred. Aspirations to a career in college coaching preferred. Valid drivers license and acceptable driving record strongly preferred.
