Responsibilities
Perform work specified on repair orders efficiently and accurately
Diagnose maintain and repair vehicle systems (engine transmission steering suspension brakes electrical A/C etc.)
Test-drive vehicles and use diagnostic tools/special equipment to troubleshoot issues
Communicate clearly with Service Advisors regarding needed repairs and timelines
Provide accurate estimates for additional work
Execute warranty repairs according to manufacturer specifications
Qualifications
2 years of Service Technician experience (preferred)
High School diploma or equivalent required
Ford Certification (preferred)
Prior Ford dealership experience a plus
Luxury vehicle experience a plus
Strong knowledge of diagnostics electrical and engine repair
Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
Ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Positive team-oriented attitude with eagerness to learn
Basic computer proficiency
Valid drivers license with clean driving record
