Job Summary

What is The Role

Elastic is looking for an ambitious experienced Regional Campaign Manager who can bring our global campaigns to life across the APJ regionadapting strategies content and activations to meet regional market needs while driving impact in the region!

What You Will Be Doing

  • Regional Campaign Strategy & Execution: Partner with Global Integrated Campaigns to adopt adapt and activate Elastics global programs for the APJ region. Tailor messaging channels and tactics to regional market dynamics while maintaining alignment with global strategy and objectives.
  • Cross-Functional Regional Collaboration: Work closely with APJ Field Marketing and Sales to identify regional priorities and develop regionalized campaign motions that resonate with key industries personas and target accounts. Relay feedback from regional SDRs Sales orgs and Regional Marketing teams to shape the direction and future of our global campaigns.
  • Digital Activation & Optimization: In conjunction with the Global Paid Media team collaborate with APJ field marketing and global digital marketing teams to refine campaign promotion and strategy across digital channels ensuring strong visibility engagement and regional relevance.
  • Campaign Performance & Insights: Track and analyze regional campaign performance providing clear reporting and actionable insights to team members. Use data to guide prioritization improve campaign effectiveness provide aggregated feedback and recommendations to Global marketing teams and inform future planning.
  • Content & Offer Localization: Adapt global content offers and creative assets to ensure cultural language and market fit for APJ audiences while preserving Elastics brand and messaging frameworks.
  • Funnel Ownership & Regional Impact: Manage the end-to-end performance of regional campaigns and regional campaign events driving measurable impact across the funnelfrom awareness and engagement to lead conversion and pipeline.
  • Iteration & Continuous Improvement: Continuously optimize regional campaign activation through testing data-driven insights and best practices to improve efficiency relevance and overall results.

What You Bring

  • 5 years experience in B2B marketing; experience in revenue marketing demand generation or growth marketingparticularly within SaaS developer platforms cloud infrastructure or other high-growth tech sectors
  • Understanding of the demand generation mix with a proven track record of driving lead and revenue growth through innovative campaigns
  • Experience developing launching and scaling demand generation programs against a target account list with defined buying groups driving measurable business impact
  • Familiarity with modern demand generation principles including lead scoring attribution ABM marketing funnel strategy and campaign measurement
  • Deep understanding of APJ business landscape and APJ Field needs and priorities
  • Understanding of digital marketing ecosystems programmatic strategies and campaign frameworks
  • Analytical skills that support both strategic decision-making and hands-on execution
  • Demonstrated ability to create compelling marketing assets and influence messaging for diverse audiencesincluding customers prospects and sales teams
  • Comfort working in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities and an eye toward future scaling
  • Exceptional communication skillsboth written and verbalwith an ability to simplify complex technology for varied audiences
  • Proficiency with leading marketing automation and CRM tools especially Marketo and Salesforce.
