Develop forward looking insight about market trends that shape future strategies
Corporate Strategy:
Analyze external trends and key implications to overall MedTech industry
Orchestrate management discussion to discuss evolving opportunities and challenges strategic agenda and formulate strategies
Pioneer innovation strategies to sustain our leadership at the forefront of the industry
Shape enterprise agenda and define near-term and mid-to-long term priorities; support achievement of corporate imperatives
PMO: Lead project management efforts of prioritized strategic initiatives. Mobilize enterprise resources to drive progress and deliverables. Engage and influence leaders for change management and decision-making. Conduct dashboard tracking to review progress and escalate critical issues.
Business Strategy:
Generate external insight about market trends competitive landscape market segmentation customer insight and regulatory environment pertaining to specific product platforms or franchises.
Explore and assess adjacency market opportunities for expansion beyond current product space.
Identify and analyze emerging business opportunities. Partner closely with commercial leaders to develop strategies to support growth agenda at BU or franchise level.
Act as PMO driving end-to-end strategy development and implementation for prioritized franchise / BU strategic initiatives.
Support corporate strategy cascade and synchronization among corporate franchise and BU strategies.
Talent Management and Development:
Coach and develop junior members of CD&BT on project-basis and/or as direct reports
