Hourly Pay Range (Experience-Based):
$27.72/hr (approximately 5 years experience)
$36.30/hr (10 years experience)
$39.60/hr (15 years experience)
Sign-On Bonus:
$10000 Day Shift
$15000 Night Shift
Relocation Assistance: Available on a case-by-case basis
Position Overview
Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking a skilled and compassionate Emergency Room Registered Nurse (ER RN) to join a high-acuity emergency this role you will provide rapid high-quality nursing care to patients presenting with a wide range of conditionsfrom minor injuries to complex life-threatening emergencies. Success in this position requires strong clinical judgment adaptability and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Triage assess and provide care to patients of all ages
Manage multiple patients while prioritizing clinical needs
Deliver safe patient-centered emergency nursing care
Collaborate closely with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams
Provide patient education discharge instructions and referrals
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure patient safety
Required Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of recent Acute Care Emergency Room RN experience
Critical Care experience may be considered
Active Florida RN license or Compact RN license
Compact license holders must obtain a Florida license within 60 days of relocation
Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or RN Diploma required
BLS required prior to start
ACLS PALS and Nonviolent Crisis Intervention required within 90 days of hire
