DescriptionKey Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Contribute to frameworks and tools for recruitment performance management succession planning compensation diversity onboarding/offboarding and talent retention.
- Provide guidance on employee relations cases including disciplinary actions.
- Deliver HR data analysis and insights to improve engagement and performance.
- Manage HR data processes and support improvements in data collection tools.
- Build strong relationships with internal clients acting as a trusted business partner.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with regulations.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree or equivalent level.
- 4 years of previous experience with similar roles and responsabilities
- Strong skills in HR policy employee relations compliance and data analysis.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to work independently and provide guidance to others.
- Results-driven mindset with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
