Seeking a legal compliance and risk professional to shape frameworks within a dynamic tech environment. This role involves providing expert advice across contracts privacy and regulation drafting commercial agreements and designing robust compliance policies. Partner with leadership on critical risk management and governance initiatives contributing significantly to the companys growth and regulatory adherence.

What you will do:

Provide legal and compliance advice across contracts privacy risk and regulation
Draft review and negotiate a variety of commercial agreements
Design and maintain robust compliance policies processes and training programs

The ideal candidate:

Possesses 4 years of experience in legal compliance risk or related functions
Is a qualified lawyer or holds relevant compliance/risk credentials (preferred)
Has prior experience at a recognized law firm financial institution insurer or tech company
