Your Team
Reporting to the National Sales Manager you will be working as part of a highly experienced team of Account Managers all with a shared goal of delivering top quality service to customers. More broadly you will be part of the Philips Healthcare team and have daily interactions with stakeholders from across the business such as Clinical Applications Specialists Engineers and Product Managers.

Manage Your Business and Support the Execution of Sales Plan(s) and Account Strategies
- Build a business plan/strategies to achieve sales and order intake targets
- Understand customer needs and build long-term relationships with key influencers.
- Create a relationship map of all key decision-makers and plan to win their support using the Customer Focused Selling (CFS) methodology
- Identify and drive your top opportunities for each quarter.
- Build and manage your funnel in SFDC and provide DM regular updates on Opportunity Plans and business development activities and progress.
- Accurately forecast your funnel using metrics to achieve goals.
- Execute account and deal strategies including identifying and assigning specific tasks in .
Drive Sales Execution
- Own clinical-level relationships with accounts.
- Work with the Clinical Applications Specialist to ensure customers needs are meet.
- Author a complete and compliant customer quote for the recommended solution by engaging FSE Project Manager and any other member of the broad support team as required.
- Drive and own strategy for demonstrations clinical trials site visits and national clinical showcase sites.
- Prevent customer re-work and change orders by ensuring orders and documentation are complete and accurate.
- Collaboration with channel partners where required
Own How the Customer Experiences Philips
- Facilitate the resolution of customer issues by following the escalation process.
- Drive customer satisfaction through delivery installation and post-installation support.
- Ensure customer expectations are being met by managing the customer feedback loop at all stages of the sales process.
- Ensure timely handover of the signed customer acceptance document and support collecting Accounts Receivable (AR).
Work as a team
- Build a strong internal network to support the delivery of value to our customers.
- Maximize the customer experience by presenting a coordinated and efficient One Philips approach to the customer.
- Collaborate with teams to validate and execute business plans.
- Develop internal relationships to drive resolution of customer issues.
- Utilize SFDC Chatter and other tools to share knowledge and develop conversations across Philips.
- Share best practices with internal colleagues.
Own Your Performance and Development
- Take responsibility for your own personal and professional development including all required training.
- Participate as an active member of the Sales team sharing your experience and knowledge with others.
- Utilize and comply with standard processes and guidelines.
- Develop a strong knowledge of markets competitors and industry trends for products and solutions.
- Demonstrate the Philips behaviours in all interactions.
About You:
- Bachelors Degree or equivalent.
- 5 year of Medical Device or Capital sales experience with experience in selling at all levels within the hospital system
- Proven experience whether clinical or sales within the Cardiology space
- Exceptional understanding of the sales processes with the ability to protect and grow market share
- Strong team player with the ability work cohesively across the entire organization to leverage the best support for your customers.
- Experience in analyzing and manipulating complex data and building territory plans.
- Exceptional interpersonal and cross-functional stakeholder experience with the ability to influence at all levels within business.
- The ability to work under pressure dealing with conflicting priorities.
