Penrose - St. Francis Health Services is a full-service 712-bed acute care provider in Colorado Springs comprising Penrose Hospital St. Francis Hospital and St. Francis Hospital - Interquest. Penrose Hospital serves as the anchor hospital of Penrose-St. Francis Health Services with 300-licensed beds and the ability to provide tertiary (high tech) medical-surgical services with an emphasis on elective and outpatient care. This position is flexible with the duties varying with the needs of the department and the experience of the student. The position does not have clinical rotations built into it; this position addresses time and duties that are above and beyond school requirements and placements.
Job Requirements
In addition to bringing humankindness to the workplace each day qualified candidates will need the following:
HS Diploma or GED Required
Must be enrolled in an approved ARRT training program (At least in the second year of the program within 6
months of graduation)
BLS from American Heart Association
Medium Work - (Exert up to 50lbs force occasionally and/or up to
20lbs frequently and/or up to 10lbs constantly)
