About the role

This is an exciting full-time opportunity to join Endeavour Energys Procurement & Supply Chain branch in a role that supports ethical compliant and sustainable procurement outcomes. As a Supply Chain Officer you will provide high-level customer service across purchasing supplier onboarding and disposal activities ensuring stakeholders receive timely accurate information and a positive experience.

You will play a key role in maintaining strong supplier partnerships supporting robust onboarding and due diligence processes and ensuring compliance with legislative and regulatory obligations including the Security of Critical Infrastructure (SOCI) Act and the Modern Slavery Act. The role also contributes to sustainable and socially responsible procurement initiatives including commitments under the Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP) while supporting transformation activities that improve efficiency transparency and long-term value for the business.

Key accountabilities

• Build and maintain effective supplier relationships managing onboarding profiles and ongoing compliance activities to ensure governance probity and legislative requirements are met.
• Support efficient procurement and inventory processes including sourcing purchase order management record keeping and inventory control to minimise disruption and support operational needs.
• Manage disposal activities end-to-end ensuring accurate records timely approvals and compliance with environmental sustainability and regulatory requirements.
• Support stakeholders across the procure-to-pay process by providing guidance training and assistance with procurement systems requisitions and compliance requirements.
• Contribute to sustainable ethical and socially responsible procurement initiatives process improvement and digital transformation activities that enhance transparency efficiency and organisational outcomes.

About you

Youre a proactive and detail-oriented professional who enjoys working with a wide range of stakeholders and takes pride in delivering accurate compliant and customer-focused outcomes. Youre comfortable navigating policies legislation and systems and you bring a strong sense of integrity accountability and collaboration to your work. With an interest in ethical and sustainable procurement youre motivated to contribute to initiatives that support social responsibility compliance and continuous improvement across the supply chain.

Skills and Experience

You bring experience in procurement supply chain or a related role with exposure to supplier management inventory processes and compliance activities. Youre analytical and organised able to manage competing priorities while maintaining data integrity and attention to detail. You communicate clearly and professionally build strong working relationships and are comfortable working with ERP systems and supplier management platforms. Experience with regulatory frameworks such as SOCI or Modern Slavery hazardous disposal processes ethical sourcing or social procurement initiatives will be highly regarded.

Qualifications

• Certificate IV in Business or a related discipline or equivalent experience.
