Position Summary
The Chaperone plays a key support role during scheduled healthcare evaluation sessions. This position assists providers manages claimant check-ins and handles documentation and administrative tasks to ensure each session runs efficiently professionally and in compliance with company policies.
Our salary range for this position is $20 to $21 an hour.
Key Responsibilities
- Support healthcare providers during scheduled daily evaluation sessions
- Greet and check in claimants; verify required documentation upon arrival
- Manage organize and process session paperwork including medical history forms
- Scan and upload photo identification documents accurately
- Enter and manage documents using the Foxit program
- Provide general administrative and clerical support as needed
- Maintain strict confidentiality and comply with HIPAA OSHA and company policies
- Adhere to company SOPs and promote a culture of teamwork safety and respect
- Uphold Equal Employment Opportunity and Affirmative Action guidelines
Qualifications
Education:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
Experience:
- Prior experience in a healthcare setting medical office or administrative role preferred
