Location: Melbourne - West
Reporting to the Centre Manager this role supports the running of the day to day operations of our Sort Centre based in Laverton. This is a full time permanent position working day shift hours.
Your key responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Overlook and co-ordinate daily operations of machines.
- Ensure machines are running efficiently meeting KPI schedules and customer requirements
- Report on attendance absenteeism downtime and daily targets
- Audits quality checks and light maintenance.
- Operation of Counterbalance forklifts
- Ensure a high level of safety; overseeing the cleanliness of equipment and areas codes of practice and follow relevant procedures.
- Uphold and adhere to company policies and procedures in Environmental Health and Safety and HACCP.
What You Will Bring to the Team:
- Demonstrated experience of leading a team
- Current Forklift Ticket with experience loading and unloading trucks.
- Have a strong attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Great work ethic with the ability to work autonomously or part of a team.
- Adhere uphold and maintain OHS policies and procedures.
