Key Responsibilities
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
- Monitor assess and document resident conditions.
- Assist residents with activities of daily living as needed.
- Collaborate with nursing and interdisciplinary teams.
- Maintain compliance with facility policies and standards.
Required Qualifications
- Active LPN license.
- Prior nursing home experience required.
- Ability and willingness to perform CNA duties when necessary.
- Strong attendance punctuality and communication skills.
