Duration: 17 weeks (high possibility of extension)
Shift: 312 shifts
Hours: 7:00 AM 7:30 PM (EST)
Local Pay: $25$29/hour
Travel Pay: $47$50/hour
Position Summary
The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/T-LPN) will provide compassionate high-quality nursing care in an acute care setting. This role requires adaptability strong clinical judgment accountability and a collaborative mindset to support patient recovery and overall well-being.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver safe effective and patient-centered nursing care under the supervision of an RN or physician
Monitor and document patient conditions vital signs and responses to treatment
Assist with daily patient care activities and clinical procedures
Administer medications and treatments as ordered and within scope of practice
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to support patient care goals
Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation in accordance with facility policies
Adapt quickly to changing patient needs in a fast-paced clinical environment
Uphold professional standards infection control practices and patient safety protocols
Demonstrate accountability teamwork and a strong commitment to quality care
Required Education
High school diploma or equivalent
Completion of an accredited LPN Program
Required Certifications & Licensure
AHA BLS Certification
Active Vermont LPN License
