- Join the Pricing Transformation Journey: Contribute to building a unified and scalable pricing framework across the REPA Group.
- Implement Modern Pricing Solutions: Support the group-wide rollout of a new pricing system to harmonize and enhance pricing performance.
- Test & Model: Prepare pricing input parameters test new functionalities and ensure accurate implementation.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with Sales Webshop IT and Data teams during the transformation process.
- Monitor KPIs: Track progress and measure the effectiveness of pricing initiatives.
- Drive Change: Understand the current pricing landscape and help teams adopt new processes and tools.
Qualifications :
- Degree in Business Administration or a similar field.
- 23 years of experience in pricing with a solid understanding of pricing strategies.
- Experience with pricing software.
- Strong problem-solving skills and fact-based decision-making.
- Enjoy working in cross-functional teams.
- Excellent command of English (C1 level); German is a plus.
