Do you want to gain hands-on HR experience while helping fight climate change Cozero is one of Europes fastest-growing climate tech startups and were looking for a HR Working Student - People & Culture to support our People team in building a strong inclusive and mission-driven organization.

In this role youll work closely with our People & Recruiting team and gain real exposure to HR operations onboarding and employee experience in a growing startup environment.

Important: This role is ideally based in Berlin or nearby (hybrid setup).

What youll do

• Support daily HR administration (contracts certificates document management payroll-related updates).

• Assist the recruiting team with coordination and candidate communication.

• Onboarding: Support and the onboarding for new hires to ensure a smooth and welcoming start.

• Help organize onboarding sessions and maintain onboarding materials and plans.

• Maintain employee records organizational charts and internal directories with a high level of confidentiality.

• Respond to routine HR related questions from employees (benefits payroll policies).

• Support the organization of company events and initiatives that strengthen our culture.

• Assist with HR policies processes and internal documentation.

Youll thrive in this role if you:

• Are enrolled in a Bachelors or Masters degree (e.g. HR Psychology Business Administration or similar)

• Are available 10-20 hours/week for at least 6 months.

• Have a strong interest in HR People Operations and administrative processes.

• Are structured reliable and enjoy keeping things organized.

• Feel comfortable working in a fast-growing startup environment.

• Are fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Nice to have: German fluency.
