About the role
KnitWell Groups Duluth-based HR team is expanding in their support of our 8 fashion brands so we are looking for a new Human Resources Coordinator to our close-knit team. The Human Resources Coordinator will resolve inquiries from associates managers terminated associates and other external parties. They will also help resolve concerns and issues regarding processes and policies through phone email and case management. This person will strive to meet all expected service levels and business performance goals performing a range of services and fully documenting all cases in the case management system.
The impact you can have
Perform transactions related to hiring; promotions; performance management; payroll; benefits; transfers; leaves of absence; and onboarding/off-boarding.
Utilize the HR Service Management System (Workday) to track cases and respond to requests
Receive inbound inquiries via multiple channels (phone email case management etc.) clarify the need and assist in the resolution of concerns.
Investigate issue areas and determine methods of mitigation to resolve problems
Maintain employee electronic files.
What youll bring to the role
Excellent customer service skills. Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel Word and Outlook).Ability to conduct research utilize databases and produce writtendocuments
Maintain a high level of confidentiality.
Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environment; maintain composure when working with customers.
Strong interpersonal skills including sensitivity patience and flexibility to communicate with internal and external customers in a friendly courteous and efficientmanner.
Experience in navigating human resources systems (Workday and ADP preferred)

The target hourly pay rate for this role is $20 - $23/hr. *

This position works a hybrid model in the KnitWell office location in Duluth MN.
