Job Summary
About the Role
As a Technology Manager you will act as a project leader and technology expert during planning and execution phases of client investment projects. Youll also contribute to sales solution development and innovation within our service offering.
Your work will span:
- Driving strategic development projects focused on green steel production fossil-free iron ore processing and electrification of mining operations
- Leading initiatives in hydrogen-based reduction processes (DRI) and advanced metal recycling for circular flows
- Managing complex process and project teams
- Supporting business development sales and marketing
- Building strong long-term relationships with clients and partners
Location: Flexible within Sweden (Luleå or Stockholm preferred but other locations possible)
Work Mode: Hybrid combine remote work with office presence
Qualifications :
What Were Looking For
- 10 years of experience in mining metals or process industry projects as Technology Manager Senior Process Expert or similar
- Expertise in metallurgical processes electrification and hydrogen solutions
- Solid understanding of global trends in fossil-free metal production
- Academic background in metallurgy chemical engineering or related fields
- Strong communication skills in English (Swedish and German are a plus)
- Ability to combine strategic thinking with hands-on delivery
