ABOUT THE ROLE

As Junior Brand Manager Comms & Content Planning you will play a key operational support role within the Global Brand Content & Comms Planning team for 1 year in Stockholm. You will contribute to the day-to-day execution coordination and tracking of global and Drive Market campaigns for Absolut Malibu and Kahlúa ensuring smooth delivery strong internal alignment and budget discipline.

This role offers a unique opportunity to gain end-to-end exposure to global brand communication from strategic planning to hands-on execution. You will work closely with marketing leaders agencies and cross-functional teams building strong foundations in project management communication planning and budget management while progressively growing in autonomy and responsibility.

Main responsibilities and tasks:

The Junior Brand Manager Comms & Content is responsible for:

• Supporting the team on Absolut Malibu & Kahlúa campaign rollout which includes communication planning content strategy creative concepts and creative executions for all touchpoints (including social digital above the line and more). Ensure assets guidelines and creative materials are properly shared and accessible to internal stakeholders and markets
• Providing support with project management and providing clear status of projects across all brands in internal comms tracker and the crystal governance system
• Owning the budget tracking process in the comms team. Managing budget tools internal reports and documentation to ensure accuracy and transparency
• Ensuring internal visibility of the creative content within the Pernod Ricard network MyPortal key initiatives
• Acting as the brand creative teams point of contact for our Internal Business Planning system (IBP)
• Spot and track emerging social and cultural trends each month turning them into useful inspiration for brand and content development

Who we think will fit in this role:

• University Degree/ Business School Master in Marketing/Communication or equivalent
• Relevant business experience from FMCG sector in an international organization
• Project management skills and experience
• Strong interest in social media and communication
• Fluent in English (verbal and written)
